July 26, 2004 - 11p.m. to midnight (British Summer Time)
We are Joachim Koch, a surgeon, 54, and Hans-Juergen Kyborg, now a retired railway employee, from Berlin, Germany. We are neither politically nor religiously organized nor members of any organization or group. We each have decades of study of ancient sacred sites and power spots in Wiltshire, South England and in Germany… and we are deeply concerned about the condition of the Earth and ask for your spiritual support.
On July 26th, 2004, we here in Europe will be at the most sacred sites like stone circles, hills and near holy trees, wells and lakes in our countries to release there the most positive power of both the spirit and the very place in a peaceful effort. At the same hour in that night, we would like to link up to others who are encouraged do the same in their sacred locations to form a mighty band of positive energy one time around the planet - just like a child puts his arms around the beloved mother to shelter her.
This event is supported by all caretakers of this planet – the Native Nations, aboriginal societies and those of numerous other origins. Since we all share the same planet, Mother Earth, we share your same concerns and cry the same tears as we see so much abuse and violation of our nurturer and life-giver; and we seek to restore its harmony and balance. Please help us bring this change about.
On this day, from 11:00 pm to midnight British time (GM), let us all link up together. Let us sit at the old stones, medicine wheels, on the hills, near lakes, rivers and sea shores, at sacred wells and under holy trees or simply comfortably at home and let us raise and empower the holy energies, let us open these gates, let us be together with our ancestors, let us sing, drum and dance or sit quiet, let's raise the winds of the four directions to blow the key word of the new future one time around the world: connect.
We stand for freedom, peace, the joy of taking a deep breath of fresh, clean and non-empoisoned air, and the purity of the water, the true essence of our physical existence. Please join us.

TWO
MESSAGES FROM
TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, U.S., AND ALL SUPPORTERS OF THE EARTH:
FIRST MESSAGE: Thursday May 13 from 6-9PM
Miami-Dade Community College (MDCC) Wolfson
Campus "President Bush: Stop Illegal Logging".
For this act
of civil disobedience, the activists involved were sentenced to time served
after a weekend in
They found
an obscure 1872 law against 'sailor mongering', the practice of boarding ships
and luring merchant marines from their ships to brothels and boarding houses -
apparently a problem in the late 1800s.
Despite the
inappropriateness of the charge, the consequence for Greenpeace is very grave.
If found guilty, Greenpeace could lose its non-profit status and be barred from
future direct action protests for 5-10 years, rendering the group much less
effective. Considering the fact that no organization in US history has
been prosecuted for the individual actions of its members, this indictment
appears to be a politically motivated attack against Greenpeace and Americans'
rights to engage in non-violent civil disobedience.
This trial
will be a milestone for American's civil liberties, continuing unprecedented
increases in federal power under the U.S. Patriot Act permanent. We ask that everyone that is concerned about our freedom of speech, about the future of Greenpeace and the future of our last remaining rainforests (the reason the ship was boarded) come and show their support during the two weeks our trial is likely to last. Since we have a jury trial, public outreach will be absolutely critical.
TRIAL IS MAY 17, 2004 IN MIAMI, FL.

May 1, 2004 "Love Begins With Me"
The Day... We invite you to celebrate this day by consciously focusing on love and what it means to you. We hope that by practicing love in all areas of your life, you will find it natural to use it all year long. This year's theme explains it best, "Love Begins With Me." What You Can Do... Simply be love. And if you want to actually do something loving, we have provided several categories to help give you ideas of how you may approach the day. See the links to the left or above. Each page will present ideas that you can begin with. We encourage you to come up with your own ideas (and share them with us!) Become a Love Ambassador... See our I Love page to find out how you can become an Ambassador of Love! The Vision... The Love Foundation is delighted to announce the first annual GLOBAL LOVE DAY on May 1, 2004 with this year's theme of Love Begins With Me. Join people from around the world as we acknowledge, celebrate and share the love we have within. This is a special day of recalling that love is the link that binds us all. It is also the awesome power that heals and transforms everything it contacts. Each of us is a potent force of love when we allow this energy to express itself. There is nothing we have to ultimately do, rather we need only allow ourselves to feel and be love. It is that simple. Global Love Day is merely our way of saying let's remember love is ours to be and to share every moment of our lives. http://www.thelovefoundation.com/Global_Love_Day.htm

"The earth will continue to regenerate its life sources only as long as we and all the peoples of the world do our part to conserve its natural resources. It is a responsibility which every human being shares. Through voluntary action, each of us can join in building a productive land in harmony with nature."
President Gerald Ford
"The vernal equinox calls on all mankind to recognize and respect Earth’s beautiful systems of balance, between the presence of animals on land, the fish in the sea, birds in the air, mankind, water, air, and land. Most importantly there must always be awareness of the actions by people that can disturb this precious balance."
Margaret Mead
At the moment of the Equinox the Sun is setting at the South Pole and rising at the North Pole.
On the Equator at noon there will
be no shadow.
